The Vintage Adds New Self Storage Location

The Vintage Self Storage is coming soon to the Vintage, a mixed-use/master planned development in northwest Houston located on Vintage Preserve Parkway, just south of Louetta Road, east of SH 249. Plans are being finalized for an early spring, 2015 construction start. The Vintage Self Storage will cater to both business and residential customers. The project is being developed by Robert Wheless. HFF is providing consulting and financial intermediary services.

As development continues in The Vintage and on commercial properties across Hwy. 249, multiple park and pathway projects are in the works to meet the demand of a growing region along the roadway.

Klein I.S.D. Unveils Mobile Education Center

After two years of work on the mobile education center, Klein ISD and the KISD Education Foundation unveiled the STEAM Express Oct. 29. The custom-built RV trailer will serve as a mobile classroom to provide students opportunities in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.

CFISD earns top accountability ratings from TEA

All Cy-Fair ISD campuses earned a Met Standard—the highest possible rating—from the Texas Education Agency for the second consecutive year.

“We are doing amazing, and it really gets down to the campus level,” CFISD board president Don Ryan said. “I’ve always thought it boils down to the teacher in the classroom and the support staff on the campus. This is a great reflection of what’s going on here in Cy-Fair ISD.”
