Join the Cookbook Club at William Sonoma

Williams Sonoma has brought friends and family together will excellent food for over 50 years. The Cookbook Club Class is an extension of their family values. These monthly classes are taught by extraordinary culinary experts. These exclusive classes feature a recipe from a new cookbook each month.
Each two hour class offers a three course tasting menu of the best recipes from the featured cookbook. The instructor will show tips and techniques while preparing the menu while the attendees watch. The March selection is THE BEEKMAN 1802 HEIRLOOM COOKBOOK BY THE FABULOUS BEEKMAN BOYS. Josh and Brent are the stars of their popular show on Planet Green TV. They are world renowned for their goat's milk soaps and artisanal Blaak cheese.
According to the publisher, The Beekman brothers have created a gorgeous cookbook that is "heirloom" in every sense of the word: they showcase heirloom fruits and vegetables; offer delicious heirloom recipes from farm, family, and friends.
Recipes on the tasting menu for the March Cookbook Club Class are:
- Mint-Lemon Cooler
- Pasta with Asparagus, Peas, Ham, and Almonds
- Chicken Breasts with Spinach and Farmers' Cheese
- Sauteed Radishes
- Goat Milk Yogurt Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce
