Owner, Feroza Saidwan-Carvalho has been passionate about food since childhood. She mapped out an educational and career path for herself that encompassed every aspect of culinary and hospitality training. Her vast experience and knowledge of food and service has given her the tools to launch into this venture.
Born and raised in the beautiful island of Trinidad & Tobago. In 1998 this Entrepreneur successfully owned and operated a three pastry shops, a production kitchen, exclusive contracts to supply desserts to over 20 restaurants on the island and numerous corporate catering contracts.
